Classic Victoria Sponge
Classic and delicious, the combination of fresh tasty sponge cake with lashings of raspberry jam and buttercream is always a favourite.
Layers of moist lemon sponge, filled with lemon curd and fluffy buttercream. Each layer is brushed with fresh lemon juice for a little extra zing!
I love Chocolate
Rich chocolate sponge filled with our super chocolately chocolate butter cream. If that’s not enough chocolate for you, why not add chocolate chips to the sponge?
Light and delicate almond sponge is combined with plenty of raspberry jam and buttercream… if you like Bakewell tarts, you’ll like this one…
Not Terry’s Chocolate Orange
Chocolate cake layers filled with our delicious chocolate-orange buttercream, topped off with a little orange marmalade to cut the sweetness.
This is a tasty yet delicate flavour… moist sponge with the warm taste of brown sugar, combined with creamy buttercream and dulce de leche caramel.
A contemporary choice of bright red sponge with a white filling. The flavouring for red velvet is actually a hint of cocoa, combined with plenty of cream cheese flavoured buttercream.
Crazy like a Coconut
For a hint of the exotic, our coconut sponge is packed full of coconut and paired with oodles of buttercream and raspberry jam.
Traditional Fruit Cake
Rich heavy fruit cake, made with lots of sultanas, raisins, currents, nuts, peel and spices. Covered with marzipan beneath the icing for a taste of the traditional.
All our flavours can be made as either cakes or cupcakes.
If you are ordering a multi-tiered cake, you can of course have a different flavour for each layer, so it’s no problem if you can’t choose just one!
